SCM reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.

Non-Returnable Items
How to Return an Item
Return Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any return shipping costs. Delay times can occur in the return process and should be expected even though we try and be as expedient as possible. Please do not hesitate to call, email, or FB message us during business hours if you have any question about a return or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- We will only accept returns or exchanges for products with defects in material or workmanship.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, installed, or modified in any way.
- Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] to request an RMA number.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) you are returning.
- Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the returned item(s).
- Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
